Transformative Breathwork + Cacao + Reiki

Join us in a powerful, heart-opening experience to help you come home to yourself, release what isn’t serving you, and deeply restore. This powerful transformative Breathwork experience weaves the sacred practices of Ceremonial Cacao, Conscious Connected Breathwork, Guided Meditation, ending in a deeply clearing, healing and restoring 1:1 hands on Reiki and Sound Healing Therapy practice.

We will begin with a ceremonial dose of cacao, a sacred plant medicine that will open your heart space. Cacao gently awakens your emotional body, enhances self connection, and prepares you for inner exploration.

You’ll then be guided through transformational breathwork - a somatic practice that unlocks blocked energy, releases emotional tension, and activates your body’s natural healing intelligence. Expect to journey beyond the mind and into the depths of your true self.

The session will end with me playing healing frequencies while I go around the room giving everyone 1:1 hands on Sound Healing Therapy with Tibetan Bowls and Tuning Forks and 1:1 Angelic Reiki.

This part will help you integrate, help you clear any heavy emotions or energy lingering an help you ground back in your body.
