Stress/Anxiety Release Slow Flow + Breathwork (50 mins)

A 50 minute practice to down regulate the Nervous System. This practice was

designed with the intention to help you shift stress, overwhelming emotions,

and anxiety.

We begin the practice with a soothing breathwork practice, and then slowly

transition into kind slow movements, to move energy through the body. A great

practice to shift anything that is feeling heavy in your heart. (Beginner friendly)
