Pratyahara Flow (50' mins)

Join us for this 50 minute Flow around the ancient Yogic Philosophy term Pratyahara, the practice of withdrawing and detaching from the senses. The practice of Pratyahara helps us gather our awareness inwards, disconnect from distractions, outside noise, and come back to our centers.

This practice helps us become the observer of ourselves, our surroundings as well as the observer of what is going on inside our inner world. This practice can be so helpful to regather lost parts of ourselves, to connect to our inner wisdom and our intuition.

As you practice this class notice when you become distracted from exterior things, noises and the class itself; and observe yourself in the moment and try not to feed into the narrative just witnessing the present moment.
