Join us for a deeply immersive session designed to activate, clear and transform you from the inside out.
We will start the practice with dynamic somatic practices to ignite and activate your energy, break up and start the release of stagnant energy/energetic blockages, and awaken your life force. These powerful practices stimulate the energetic pathways and prepare your body for a deeper release, allowing you to go much deeper in your breathwork practice.
One your energetic body is fully awakened, we will move into the Tranformative Breathwork practice using conscious connected breathwork. This powerful breathing practice helps you clear stagnant energy, helps with emotional clearing, helps you access deep layers of your subconscious mind.
The breath in this practice helps you shed old patterns, beliefs, access higher states of consciousness, and through that access your inner truth, helps you achieve inner clarity, your inner wisdom, inner knowing.
You will have after the breathwork practice an integration period where your body resets, and you have time to integrate the whole experience. Think of this as a very long Savasana.
I will be providing hands on assists through the whole practice, as well as hands on Angelic Reiki.
We end the practice with a very soothing and restorative Sound Bath. Afterwards I will serve everyone relaxing herbal tea, we will pull some cards and have time for journaling and shares.

This Angelic Reiki Master Teacher training is for Angelic Reiki practitioners who feel called to step fully into mastery within the energy and teach and attune others into Angelic Reiki.
